What character of bathroom towel stick (etc.) will not tarnish? I want to replace the current hand towel fishing rod and toilet...

I want to replace the current hand towel fishing rod and toilet paper holder contained by my bathroom, but I DON'T want to get anything that, although it might look great within the store, will later require special polishing to preserve it looking nice. What kind of substance will be low maintenance all the same durable? Chrome tends to flake and chip, so I'd fairly not do that. Porcelain would probably be nice, but I've only see porcelain/nickel combos, and I'm concerned that nickel might tarnish.

Answers:    Restoration Hardware has non corrosive trappings. However i was disappointed to see that they do not hold porcelain, which is what I would suggest for you.

It's worth looking into for sure. Check out what they have and even afford them a call if you own any questions. Their claims of "non corrosive" items might be a short time ago what you need.
