i have this bedding picked out, but i don't know what to do next to my walls. i do not want plain white walls though...

Answers: color match the green on the yard goods to a paint card at your local paint store or at home depot, Lowe's, etc. have a quart of the paint made up, also buy a quart of white paint.
start by sculpture 2 foot square color blocks on your wall with the artistic color first. the next square will be diluted beside the white, and the next one diluted even more. brand name a paint card for each square by fine art a 3x5 card. look at all the different greens you hold created from the original green. it may be that one of the lighter shades will be more complimentary than the resourceful darker green.
or... you could choose to paint one wall beside the original green as an articulation wall and leave the rest white.
The green would look worthy on the walls in green and white stripes.
