Answers:    There is no really good primer for plastics as they cannot soak in. So you enjoy to buy primer like Bullseye 123 that tries to glue itself to plastic.

Key the plastic next to wire wool. Two coats of normal oil-based make notes on, preferably within 24 hrs of each other (48 ok).

Really it is not pious painting any plastic.
