Hey! I'm looking to start up a mexican restaurant but i want to make the inside look like a open market bazaar and have a temple and fountain etc and create it feel like the customer is within mexico but iI'm not sure who i need to do it all? What open-handed of building firm is it? a regular builders or something a bit more specialised??

Answers:    Go for an architecture or interior design firm (a lot of firms are combinations of the two which is helpful). Look for those who specialize in hospitality. The experience is worth the extra bit it will cost. Nothing is worse than working with population who don't have a lot of experience within the field you are trying to design.
