Answers: Old home charm is the best. Usually the yard are established. A new home have problems too from the builders mistakes, but cost a lot for adjectives new landscape. Old home depends on the condition and what you can afford to improve it. Old homes regularly have materials are no longer out of danger to live in. The front paint, asbestos and no fire blocks on the very elder balloon framing's, can be costly repair. But the new constructions seem to have materials that sometimes out gas from adjectives the glues and plastics. Watch out for improvements that be not into building code and/or not permits.
have lived in both (18thC and modern) i would shift for new if it is built by reputable company. outdated house, whilst having " character" are other going to have probs. if u enjoy a good handy man, and are of a mind to put in time and go, old is honest - you will always be renovating. however a all right built modern house is hassle free and normally guaranteed
