Answers:    A garden tub is larger than a standard tub and sizes will alter, but usually have jet. You can also install a standard tub with jet and this is a nice option for a smaller hip bath.

Garden tubs come surrounded by different sizes and shapes so you would have to look at your space and determine what would work for you. You own the option of any a garden (no jets) or a jacuzzi (with jets) in these tubs. I've have both and prefer no jets. Jets are too difficult to profess and you can't use oils or bubble tub products. Shop around and ask a lot of question.
