Answers: i have candles that i own had for several years. i don't believe they stir bad, possibly just lose some of their fragrance. i deliberate jar ones would be as good as spanking new ones...
I just burned a jar candle the other sunshine that was at least possible five years old. And if anything the scent be even stronger than before.
