I live in a pretty feeble neighborhood and many of the houses around here hold a little electric candle surrounded by every window. They are within all year round. I be wondering if there is some characteristics of a historical meaning at the rear this or is it just border?

People used candles as lights method back when. It's freshly a cutesy way of decorate. I think it looks CUTE within old houses.
