I would like to put a deck around it all around 3 ft wide open approximatley, and at the beginning, a large satisfactory deck for chairs

Answers: I ran the estimates based on a wooden deck near railing and 3-4 sets of steps with posts every 6 feet, labor, and concrete I would articulate that I as a contractor including labor would charge from 3500-4000 based on your personal preferences and if you wanted to engender any additions.
I recommend you have at least three local contractors come out and give somebody a lift a look, and that way they have a better thought of what they are pricing. You can then compare which has the best promise. Good luck with your remodeling!
