My wife and I have a house explicitly older and we don't own a tone of money. If you had just $1-2K for home improvements, where should that money be spend to procure returns when we sell it?

We a moment ago replaced the roof. It has a fireplace (nothing special). Small bathroom upstairs and down - neither attached to the bedroom. Finished underground store - but we ripped out the old hearth rug.
Answers:    Sorry for 1-2k you will not be able to do much. Especially if you hire out work. If you are do it yourselfers I would read aloud windows are most prominent. Hows the basement foundation? New window save alot of money surrounded by long run. However if foundation is a mess so is house. Plumbing good? Electric up to code? Do not breed mistake of spending alot of money on cosmetics(paint, cabinets. carpet) if structure, electric, plumbing is mess. It will cost a ton after that and will lose money when it comes to sell! If thats adjectives good remodeled Kitchen and baths own the highest return rate
resourcefully, it would depend on whether your house has curb side appeal or not. 2$ would run relatatively far if you added some landscaping to the property. Or, my friend suggested that we paint adjectives of our ceilings "super white" he think that this is the fastest and least expensive path to create a clean and prominent look inside your home. Good luck.
