I have a friend who sell hardwoods, so I'll get them really cheap. I thought that near real hardwoods I could refinish them if anyone messes them up. What do you regard as?
Answers:    if you can get hardwood at one and the same price as laminate then the choice is glib. the hardwood will outlast the laminate and you can do spot repairs if required. once laminate is damaged its finished. i intuitively dont like laminate because its really in recent times cr@p.
For a rental I do vinyl sheet goods as renters trash every place they ever live unless you are renting for over $1,500 per month. Then jump with hardwood and expect to refinish every time renters translation as you will have scratch and gouges. Later you can christen them refinished antique floors. Laminate - I bet the first renter can wear that out and you will have to replace it adjectives.
