Is it basically like a duvet? A cover for your comforter or blanket??
Answers:    A quilt cover is also call a duvet cover. It is typically a large fabric cover specifically sewn on three sides with an open side at the bottom (usually button closure) where on earth the duvet, blanket or quilt can be inserted.

How to put a quilt/duvet cover on:
~Spread out the empty duvet cover, with the embark on bottom at the foot of the bed, and undo the buttons
~Grab the corner at the top of the cover with your "outside" foot.
~With your "inside" hand, reach INSIDE the duvet cover and seize that top corner and pull it all the route through the cover until it's poking out the bottom.
~Grab the corner of the duvet itself and place it right next to that "poking out" corner. With your "outside" hand, verbs both the corner of the cover and the duvet itself--you're now pulling the duvet up inside the cover, holding on to both it and the corner at the same time.
~Once the duvet have been pulled all the passageway up into the cover, button the buttons.
