What is a better investment shower or tub??? i am planning on remodeling my parents guest bathroom at some point....

i am planning on remodeling my parents guest bathroom at some point. the 3 bedroom 2 bath house have a tiny little guest/kids bathroom with a bath/shower within it... i want to rip out everything because of its condition and i was wondering what sell better when it comes to selling the house? i could put in a big shower or put a bathtub+shower... any ideas... it would minister to if you are a realestate agent or just sold a house appreciation...

A bathtub/shower combination would be better because a bathroom near just a shower would lately be considered a 3/4 bathroom instead of a full bathroom.
