Answers:    You need to draw from all that paint past its sell-by date and clean it hugely clean! Then budge to Lowe's etc. and buy TUB and TILE Brush on Epoxy Finish. It's a two part epoxy and creates a porcelain approaching finish. Self leveling and leaves no brush marks. put it on within thin coats and I don`t know buy two cans. Good Luck!

THere are enamel paints that supposedly work, but surrounded by practice, I have single heard of fruitless results. Go to a large home/hardware store, or a specialty plumbing/bath store to find out what will work surrounded by your situation.
