What mode of exterior is best for a house ????

I live in New Jersey and considered necessary to know what kind of exterior is best for my house. The builder is offering vinly, stucco, brick and designer stone.

Answers:    If I have my choice, I would pick either the designer stone or brick. I own vinyl & like it. Brick/stone is more bug resistant, give good insulation, durable, weather resistant & perfect resale value. Stucco looks gummy when dirty & a pain to repair. Vinyl can be confidently spray washed & looks flawless. If the vinyl strips not sealed completely, you will own bugs invading your place.
