I'm moving into my first appartment in smaller quantity than a month, so I finally get to beautify the way I want! I'm thinking, an adjectives white bed (sheets and blankets) with a threatening bedframe would look awesome... But is this practical? Would it be hard to save looking clean? I close-fisted, if it's all white I could bleach it... does anyone own experience or advice in the region of this?
I ruminate it would look wonderful, all night light and airy. As long as you don't eat chocolate or drink grape liquid in bed, you should be ok. Maybe you can find things that are all cotton and you can mop up them in hot hose down and bleach them. That would really help.

You know, that used to be the norm. When I be a kid, sheets were white, and we have white chenille bedspreads and white curtains. They be clean. I didn't own colored sheets until I was contained by 8th grade.
I second the duvet cover thought. It's difficult to find a pure white comforter that's the same shade of white as white sheets, and commonly the stitching on the comforter will take away from the verbs look you're looking for. If you can find cotton sheets that are sold open stock (ie. you don't hold to buy an entire set at once but can buy each sheet separately), they may own a matching duvet cover, but save you can make a duvet cover from two top sheets sewn together. Just pick a sheet size that's at most minuscule two inches wider than the duvet you choose, use a sewing machine to sew three sides together (trimming the sheets if crucial to make them the right size), after either put snaps, Velcro, or buttons on the ends.

If you procure 100% cotton sheets you can wash them beside an oxygen detergent (or just throw some oxyclean surrounded by with the regular stuff) to save them clean minus using chlorine bleach. Target in the US and Zellers contained by Canada have cheap 100% cotton sheet sets at $20.00 per set for double size.

As for practicality...dirty sheets look and touch dirty no matter what colour they are. White is no smaller number practical than any other solid colour. And I say this after living on my own for over 20 years.
Answers:    I have an adjectives white bed and I love it. It is crisp and clean. I bought a white down comforter and a white comforter cover (duvet) from Target. So if the cover get dirty, which it does periodically (I have a dog) I in recent times take the comforter cover stale and wash it. I outstandingly recommend comforter covers, since they are so much easier to wash than a comforter. It is essentially two sheets sewn together, with buttons on the bottom.
Have two sets and metamorphosis them often - most modern powders own optical brighteners to keep them looking the biz. I hold very slightly off-white (ecru) so as to avoid hospital comparisons - and I be worried about everything looking grey over time, but it still looks really fresh beside a black Charles Rennie Mackintosh (style) bed.
