What do you approaching better: solid wood flooring or laminate?
Obviously solid wood is tops but the cost is up there. I put down some Pergo yesterday and my wife cant carry over how much like wood it looks.
Laminate is cheaper plus have floor completed quicker.
Laminate does not stand up to fluid spills, glued replicated top will bubble up. Laminate does not stand up to things dropped or dragged accross it to chip that same top layer.
Wood is more durable but desires extra maintenance once a year. Wood will hold a higher resale convenience to home.
We did laminate and is happy next to it. We do not have little children not a pet that have accidents. We use throw rugs at door ways and nouns rug near couch/chair.
Your choice will depend on what type of useage that floor would budge through with your lifestyle.
Answers: There is nothing resembling real wood!

consideration your "lifestyle".
If you enjoy little children..
Laminate might be the best choice!
Also if you have pets...
Laminate might be your best picking!
Unless you are expecting a lot of...
Pet accident...
(and anything that could damage the
floor opt for the laminate)!
