Answers:    Furniture from design homes is often purchased by the Home Builder through a design specification from the design firm that have been awarded the interior works of the project. The builder or designer will recurrently store the furniture after the closure of the design home and then re-use the furniture on another project. Sometimes the designer will re-sell the furniture or place within a consignment store. I would recommend that you make inquiries beside the home builder/developer or designer. You may find that the furniture is auctioned off.
