I have a very nice room, but my walls are similar to blank!! I live in an apartment, so i cant paint my walls (so my walls are white). What are your suggestions on how i could decorate?!!? (Keep surrounded by mind that im a 13-year old girl)

Pick some of your favorite actors, actresses, and musicians and ornament your walls with posters which have be framed. I think the framed posters look better than unframed posters on walls. you can hang pictures on the wall or posters or even capture wall paper or wall clings and stick them on your wall to make it look nice.
Answers: You can do a trick where you put material on a wall to create some color.
You can go to a fabric store and purchase some cheap stuff (if your mom agrees) then wash the yard goods a couple of times to make sure the fabric will not bleed onto the wall.
Iron the cloth.
Then using spray starch, simply spray the starch to the wall and then smooth the fabric over the starch. Once the starch sets up and dries (make sure you spray it lightly) the material will stay on the wall.
To take it off, if you move simply strip the fabric off of the wall, you might involve to wet it to get the starch to release and afterwards make sure you wash the walls down. The starch should come right stale of the wall.
Personally, I would only do one wall. This will add some color to your room, not be TOO expensive and attach some intrest.
Alternatively you could cut out shapes of the fabric and just put some of the shapes on the walls using duplicate technique with the starch but, then you don't stipulation as much fabric.
Or make a fun, fancy bullitin board i.e. colorful...that will add a splash of color to your room.
What ever you want to do, make sure you ask your parents first to get sure that it is okay.
