It varies with inhabitants so all you can do is try out various types. I hold a pillow from Sams that is memory foam on one side and soft on the other. After sleeping on my pillow most people love it. My grandaughter have one and she takes it to slumber parties. Now adjectives her friends either have one or want one. You can just buy it on line from Sams. Good luck and sweet dreams. Really, its up to personal preference. So try out several kind of pillows to see which one is the most comfortable and supportive for you.
