It is really a thing of preference, but I would say green & white is a much more striking combination. While green & brown is much more subtle(I doubt you're going for subtle beside lime green but. . .).

So I would say green & white would be my choice.

Answers:    Lime green and white would be my suggestion for coordinating colors. This color combination is clean and fresh and has a fundamentally summer- like feel to it. You could paint the walls a buoyant shade of lime green and then get an adjectives white duvet for your bed. Or you could paint your walls white and go with the lime green comforter perception. You can "pop" in a little pink or a moment or two turquoise just for some variation.
