On that website is a picture of the flooring... in the kitchen and bathrooms we are have tile, in a street lamp beige/brown color... i am not sure whether our baseboards should be white or should they match the wood floors?? We are have molding at the top too, and isn't that usually white? Or does it usually match the baseboards? Our doors are going to be white... adjectives of our cabinets are maple within a dark finish... our walls will probably a dull beige color...I am purely unsure which would look better- white or dark wood baseboards? Thank You!
Answers: Personally, I reason the baseboards would look best if they matched the flooring, but it's not necessary. I enjoy pecan floor & white baseboards in my sunroom & it looks fine, but next the wallpaper is white, too, so it blends. As for the crown molding, if you got that to meeting the floor & baseboards, I think it would look vastly rich & elegant.
