You need to whip all these into picture first - very few nation can spend money to buy all those AFTER the walls enjoy been painted, LOL : )

Try to see everything as a adjectives.

Use the 60-30-10 rule to come up with a plot that looks pleasing to the eye - 60% will be the main colour, (the walls, normally), 30% the lower colour, and 10% the accent colour.

Follow that rule, later choose any colour you like!
