My cabinets are oak, the counters are black granite and the floors are white, but not a bright white. The kitchen open up into the dining room so I would paint that room the same.
Answers: I'd turn with a thaw, country red.
Your color palette is open next to what you have. I individually like shades of teal (blue-green). I use a dark shade on the focus wall and lighten the color as you move out of the room. Buy the darkest shade of anything color you choose then remove the colour it by adding white paint to it. I would grasp a gallon of color and a gallon of white. Paint an approximately 2 or three foot area of your walls and live near it a few days. By cutting paint near white it assures that the shades are complimentary and if you don't like the color you tried you can try another until you find the one you do close to. Saves the cost of painting the rooms and afterwards finding out you're not happy next to it.
