I just purchased a duvet cover w/ pillow covers. (From Ikea, you can look on their site, links below.) Duvet is a gaping purple, one pillow cover is multi colored (which has a open purple in it), and the other two are goldish yellow/deep pinkish. My current furniture is an antique pine stain. I'm looking to sand and paint a desk and bench I newly bought, which are now both white. I would resembling something fun but not too loud, or at least something that would basically match in good health with my current furniture and unusual bedding fabrics. Any suggestions?!!!

Answers:    I would be in motion with something surrounded by a copper undertones to compliment the antique pine and the shininess of the fabric. Find hardware that coordinates with the other wooden furniture. Use copper lamp with silk shades and copper accent in the room.
