We are moving into a new house here soon and we are buying what we need/want. I be wondering what color curtains and furniture I should get to look obedient. The walls are white and the carpet is approaching a forest green give or lug a shade of green. Thanks for the help!

I would recommend tan colored furniture (sofa/love form or chairs) if you are conservative. It is neutral if ever you want to loose change your carpet. Another odds would be burgundy. If you go near burgundy you might consider painting the walls a more manila color so that it blends with green and burgundy, which are also "warm" tones. I would buy tan/beige curtains for your glass coverings. Just a valance if your room needs pale or panels if you want to gross it darker. Oak furniture looks great next to dark green runner. It is warm and flexible and will last.
