Have 3br 2bath upstairs with crypt down. I want to take the upstairs master br and regular br and combine into a master suite next to bath connected. Then purloin and add bedroom and tub downstairs.

Answers:    not much you will only enjoy a much nicer 3br two bath house
It would be better to create it bigger by adding a 4th br (master suite beside connected bath and wander in closets)
