We have a house, and the walls are timber. They are like pieces, close to 1 metre by 1 metre all combined together. When we moved in everything wwas pretty cracked between respectively piece, so we did two rooms and painted them and used heaps of sealer stuff that was designed to be good for getting rid of the cracks. Its solitary been ilke 2 months and the walls look resembling **** again... Any suggestions? I dont wanna be painting every couple of weeks!!
Answers: You will other have problems beside painted wood because wood shrinks and expands alot, and the paint doesn't. You should cover over the wood with drywall, cassette, texture, and paint.
Its "wood paneling", its not that popular anymore, unfortunatley not many stores pass it, and if they do, only faultless styles. If you want to keep like peas in a pod kind, I suggest taking a taste to Home depot or Lowes, if they dont carry it, they might be capable of special order it. Also if you buy it deficient, make sure to stamp it with a wood sealer, it will abet prevent cracks.
