My mom and I are going to re-paper some rooms in our house, but we first need to know how to properly and favourably remove the paper that is up already.

I am 13 and i want to redecorate...
first you chalk up the paper (u can use a fork)
then we put material softener in a spray bottle.
spray generously and permit sit for 5-10 minutes.
you should be able to peel it sour. you also may want to use a plaster tool or metal spatula.

all else fails you can rent a wallpaper steamer to bring back wallpaper off the walls.
