I live in an apartment and will be moving out contained by 2 years. I'd like my current off-white drab walls to be a bit spruced up beside something, but I'd have to alteration it back whenever I vanished or pay a fine. So does near exist a kind of wallpaper that can be stapled/nailed onto the wall so it looks righteous, but can be easily removed at a subsequent date?

You could try using a king size flat sheet stapled onto one of the walls. If it have a contrasting border it would add a finished
look. Easy, and reusuable!
