Wall daily interview!? So in a room since we moved within, at the top edge...

So in a room since we moved within, at the top edge theres a looney tunes border, i deliberate its just thesis. I dont like it so how do i seize rid of it?

Do i just crust it off or will it mess up the wall? Should i buy some other wall serious newspaper and put it on that then?

Answers:    If it is vinyl you can simply verbs it off and swab the paste stale the wall with thaw out water. If it is rag, you can get a wallpaper remover spray which you dilute (or it may come equipped to use) and saturate the wallpaper. This special solution will dissolve the weak paste through the wallpaper. Be tolerant, it does not work very efficiently. When it is ready to be removed, calmly pull the wallpaper away near a metal wide brim spackling tool. The wallpaper should peel away. Then hose the wall with thaw out water to bring off the rest of the bond and residue. However, if the paper have a fine waterproof coating, you would own to peel the top coating of the wallpaper away first. You might want to "test" a small fragment to see what works best. Good Luck!

PS- I would not apply other wallpaper over this paper. I hold seen that done but problems can develop approaching bubbling under the dated paper, unsmooth texture, etc. I would never recommend to do this. You're other better starting with a verbs wall. Also, painting over it could soak the paper and exact bubbling.

Also, I have hung and removed various rolls of wallpaper so I know the problems that can arise.
My concluding questtion?
If it is stuck on too tight, just cover over it, or paint over it.
