im puting up a vinyl picket fence should i set the post first an afterwards put the panels on or should i put the panel together an the set them?
Answers: I had 6x6ft panel installed last year. They set the post first but I forewarning you that there is no 'wiggle room' near these panels! The brackets seize attached to the posts and then the panel get dropped into the brackets.
I would index, then set the post within.
