My uncle mistakenly got the Kilz grease based primer, and they used it on their dampen based walls (bedroom). The room be painted about 10 years ago.. anywho, they primed it something like 2 weeks ago, and it doesn't seem to be crumbling or anything. Is it ok to now use wet based paint lying on the oil base primer? The oil primer literally fill the house with an awful, nauseating stench.

Actually, NO HARM is done. Just overkill to the walls. Kilz is essentially a fatty duty primer for outdoors use on wood or on wood in any location. It is sold more as a sealer afterwards a primer but is does both jobs effectivly.
No want to worry something like it. Just wait until it is thourghly dry and jump back over it beside your normal latex house paint.
