Turning a quad into a room? Does anyone know about how much the supplies would cost to turn...

Does anyone know about how much the supplies would cost to turn a patio into a room? I'm conversation about the cost for the lumber, insulation, sheet rock, etc. It is 20' x 20'.

Answers:    Hi Jerimie...I justed helped a friend to do one and everything done that same size be 6000.00 no labor.but he had a tube and shower and toilet and sink.Tieing in the roof is brand of the big deal of it all.and depends what you hold for a foundation.we poured a 2' high concrete wall all the process around with a 16" footing under and a wood floor on top...really depends on what your trying to accomplish. Get the foundation right..and the rest is undemanding.hope this helps you...take a bit time ..and and draw yourself a picture of it..if you can draw it.you can build it. Have fun..just get a carpenter friend to speech to once in a while and you will do all right. Get a tarp for changeable weather...bye.

Prices for supplies will range depending on the geographical location of the room (where in the country are you building this?) and whether it's of late an interior renovation or an exterior as well. Keep in mind any costs critical to keep electrical to code as well.
