I am purchasing a 4+ bedroom townhome with finished attic. I am considering installing a master tub on the top level so contained by essence turning it into the master suite. Will this add importance to the home or is it in nonspecific better to locate the master suite on the traditional second floor level?

Answers:    It might if done correctly and depending on the view(s) presented. First and foremost you call for to be making the Master suite for yourself to enjoy especially near the market as it is. Secondly look at what construction trends are surrounded by your market. Third look at the belief and determine if it is lovely enough to merit a suite. If your display only allows you to see a wall or sandbank of roofs than you are better off beside a nice office within that space - if you have a landscape of mountains, see or city scape than take every power to make a retreat.
