Help, When I lifted up the mat I found the underlay surrounded by crumbs,you could sweep it up,any help why???

or verbs everything up, clean up, and lay down unsullied.
Answers: It be a foam back runner which did not need a proper underlie. It ages and suffers from temperature change and it crumbles to dust. Your carpet contained by short has have it. The dust is not good for you so sensibly take up the runner in section and as you expose this dust hoover it up. If you put the carpet final down you will breath in this dust as it comes through the runner which is very doomed to failure for lungs. Best of luck with it and enjoy a happy Christmas.
