My son is coming home in a month and I want to give him a "tentative bedroom",The problem is I am on a TIGHT BUDGET,He loves music and has his drums and guitars already in within.He also likes calming classy colors.Any concept how I can incorporate the 2 and on a budget?
Does this come across resembling a cute room?
Go taupe with black trim. Then hang any pictures of guitars or acutal guitars all around the walls. You could also hang some sheet music surrounded by thin black metal frames. If you take pictures of his own guitars on a cool environment to make it look professional then thieve it to Kinkos to blow it up.

I also like a brownish red color, thats the color of my room and I know my pubescent brother likes it a lot.

If you plan to get hold of him storage, it looks much better if it all matches.
They hold storage at target and kmart, stores like that that are plastic and come in abundantly of different sizes and variations (like shelves or dressers) they usually come in white, but sometimes surrounded by other colors.

Also, get new bedding.

New paint and spanking new bedding make a room look totally different just by themselves.

Answers:    Well, my older bro has his room painted a cloudy brownish tan color, with blue bedding. its immensely calming. he also likes music so he have a couple framed pics of some of his favorite bands on the wall. he also doesnt have alot of furniture, which is beneficial for him because its more space to do stuff in. all juvenile boys are messy, so my parents have a few storage places for him in within under his bed and in his closet. i hope that help!
