Soundproofing objects for floors within an apartment? I'm looking for something that can go over an existing hearth...
I'm looking for something that can go over an existing hearth rug to dampen nouns from people below and also allow them to not hear us walking around. Most apartments hold carpeting down so I need something that will be in motion over carpeting. I know area rugs would facilitate but I don't think that would totally solve the problem. It have to be something I can use without altering the floor. Thanks for any answers!!
