Recently my wife fell in love next to a house built with stucco. This house be built in 2001 by Golden Design and will be put up for auction soon. I hear that the houses built by this builder before 2002 have stucco problems, and I also saw a hole about 8 inch surrounded by diameter made intentionally on the outside wall, which is close to the roof. Is it possible that the stucco has serious problems ?
