The garage is part of a 35 year-old house. The floor be falling apart and was unlevel so my mom settled to have a latest floor put in this summer. Today she notice an extremely small crack in the foreign floor and is concerned that it may be the sign of a bigger issue. Should she be concerned?

Answers:    she should be a little concerned...im going to guess its across one of the corners or coming straight surrounded by the garage door...these are usual weak spots...it may be done settling and may do nil else...time will tell...mine have a small crack coming straight in from the middle of the 16 ft garage door but have never heaved or separated however...
