I was at the Starbucks at I really approaching the shades they have that hold the Suns glare out, but allow you to see out. I'm wondering does anyone know what they are call or where you can achieve them?

They are call different things from different companies, thought sheerweave is the most popular (hint: this is just the type of textile, the actual type of blind is called a rollershade)
You can gat consequently at numerous locations from box stores (ex Home Depot) to independant blind retailers. Two of the most popular companies (here in Canada), that receive these blinds are Levolor & Shade-O-Matic. (Just remember that with this type of blind, lately like you can see out contained by the daytime, people can see within in the nightime when the lights are on)
