Second-hand cabinet - but not previously used? Where can I find cabinets that are "new" but weren't used...

Where can I find cabinets that are "new" but weren't used because they be measured incorrectly, have a slight "ding" to them, wrong colour organization, etc? I heard that they are possible to find but I'm not sure where on earth to start looking or what they are really called.
