is there a site that you can step to, to get a mount down of a house? of course i know the nonspecific layout of my house but when i go to draw it, it is other way out of proportion. i necessitate a little top vista drawing of my house just next to the lines of the rooms. my house is a rectangle and quite simple, but i don't know how to receive it to the right size proportions! all i know is the length and the wideness.

Answers:    For a rough estimate you can pace rotten the rooms. One step = 3 ft. or so. Draw it 1" = 1' or 1/2" = 1'. Just get a ruler and be consistent. Don't forget to put surrounded by your closets and air handler/water boiler spaces etc. They usually tuck in between rooms. Pace rotten the outside of the house length and width as in good health, make sure you're contained by the right ball park.
