If its done tastefully, can a decorative Rooster kitchen look nice?
I want to re-do my kitchen contained by Roosters.
What color for the walls? And my dining room and kitchen are pretty much 2 different rooms, should I paint them one color to make them look similar to one big room?
Just curious.
Sure you can. My mother have this in her kitchen and it looks apposite. the idea is to use just a few rooster accents so they're not overwhelming and kitschy. No rooster wallpaper!

I would dance with a nice thaw out brown for the wall color - like "yearling" by sherwin williams. It will look accurate with the country subject matter.

As for the color of the dining room, I would coordinate the colors, but not paint them the exact same color. Something like "wheat grass" or "svelte sage" would look super.

it can look nice but not great
paint them the same color but surrounded by different shades
one lighter one darker
Answers:    Personally, I'm not a fan of the rooster decor. BUT it's not my house! I totally judge it can be done tastefully and look beautiful, and seeing it fits what YOU similar to - I say turn for it!

As for the colors, it depends on the size of the rooms and the colors you use in the rest of your house. A nice buttery pale or lighter mustard yellow would be dazzling, a warm red color would also impart a 'farm' feel.... Sage green is a possibility, too.

If the rooms are connected, you could do like color. Consider the rest of your house when you choose the colors. You don't want to make it where on earth it's choppy or looks weird viewing from an adjacent to living room/bath or foyer. You basically want it to flow and compliment the decor you enjoy in the other areas. If the kitchen and dining room are within fact two separate rooms, you can run more dramatic in the dining room - whether it's a deeper shade of what you use contained by the kitchen, or a darker/more dramatic color.

Black or metal work would be a great accent, too! I'm sure you could form the rooms look stunning!!
