I want to do a Hollywood theme without spending ANY money, I'd resembling to be crafty and make everything and I am not allowed to paint my walls but im really well brought-up with crafts and I have pretty much every craft item you could envisage.
What color should I paint my room?

The thing you will want to focus on most is stars, and glitter. You should unequivocally make your own star with your term on it. If you are allowed to hang pictures up on the wall, buy a magazine. I know, yes, it costs money, but they are usually about 3 dollars. Not that much. Some magazine have "poster issues" or something like that, where on earth a lot of the magazine is just posters of your favorite stars. If you close to any of them, make a frame out of whatever you want and put them up on the walls.

And for a finishing touch, (if you enjoy them,) (maybe not,) put some sassy boas around your room or chair. anywhere! it would look awesome. you could also put a small star with your baptize on it outside of your door. like a dressing room!
