I got that bedsread! I get that bedspread!
My room is painted with Orange, Blue, Green, and Purple Walls. The walls are blue and purple next to (on the 2 blue walls, Orange, Green and Purple circles and on the purple walls Orange, green, a nd blue circloes!)
I think i would do the blue that's on the bedspread and even white! Maybe White and Blue Vertical stripes resembling this:

With the white and blue being even sizes!

play around next to the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I close to how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color kinfolk & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color scheme. You can literally spend hours:

I think "rugged brown" (# 6062) would actually look really great..
You can also clutch a photo of your house & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an hypothesis of what it will look like.
Answers: I would take the blue color and walk a shade or two down from that. Take a sham or pillow into a paint store and they can help you near the right color. If you do orange, I think you'll seize tired of it real fast.
Paint a sandy color on the walls and a colored bedspread and curtains can other be switched out.
