ok i was thinking of drawing ALL my walls metallic silver and puting a black ribbon around my room like next to clear rhinestones on the ribbon. the problem is i NEED an accent wall but i dont want it to be that different from the rest.. close to put webbing on it like contained by a diff color tho.... o ya here is my comforter:http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d...
ALL my furniture is white EXCEPT for my bookworm which is silver... i was thinking roughly speaking a wine color for an accent similar to pillows and candles and stuff.... maybe gold ingots...

Answers: Instead of doing solid silver on all the walls ... I would do a unbelievably light gray ... consequently use a sponging technique with the silver adjectives over the walls.
I think you have a GREAT idea in the order of the ribbon. But...instead of the ribbon (that would probably fall off)... basically do some black paint around the room....then use the flat sided nugget stones and hot glue them to the wall. When/if you ever wish to change the wall color... the gems will pop rotten pretty easy next to a putty knife.
Then ....find a wooden kerosene lamp... spray paint it silver.... and hot glue some gems on the pole of the storm lantern.
Also... go to wal-mart and look at the jeweled patterned trim used to put on the edges of pillows and craft items.... this stuff will be in the craft department. You could use this on the edges of lamp... sew it onto the edge of a nice throw to lay on your bed.... put it on some showy pillows to put on your bed ... for the edging of scarves that you put on dressers....or hot glue it on the frame of a light fixture that you enjoy on your ceiling. The ideas are unrestricted.
Also.... find a wooden 'box' to put at the foot of your bed....buy some foam and cover it with textile to make a bench to sit on. Trim the foam wad with the jeweled ornate trim from wal-mart.
Get a pair of thoroughly high heels that you conjecture are very cute... epoxy resin a few 'gems' on them and leave them within the corner of the room as decoration. Sit them subsequent to a coat rack with fine hat that have jewels on it.... and swing a light pink plume boa on the coat rack. Hang a matching purse next to it to finish the look.
A chunky silver mirror with some gems on it would look great too. (Since you would be putting so masses jewels within the room... buy the smaller ones... and just use some here and near so it doesn't end up looking so 'cartoony'.)

I'd paint the wall that your headboard sits against a deep red. The rest of the walls Id paint a silver metallic. The ribbon around the room sounds resembling a good belief but it wouldnt look right if you didnt paint all the walls like color. Instead I'd put up pictures and mirrors, some with black frames and some beside white (to go next to the furniture). Maybe get some small white diction pillows and tie (or superglue) black ribbon around the middle to tie the furniture in beside the bedspread. Get a white or silver pot and fill it next to roses or just a single rose. It would also be cool to own a chandelier in the room. Maybe you could find one at a thrift store and paint the groundwork black....im just daydreaming, but yeah, thats how psyche do it
