Answers:    If you if truth be told have a guitar, droop it in the room somewhere and use that color as your color organization. I'd like an electric/neon blue. You don't utter how old you are, so I'm not sure how "cutesy" you want the invitations. You can cut them out the shape of a guitar, write the details on, and put surrounded by a brightly colored envelope to deliver.

I like balloon lately. Get a million shiny bright balloons and rent a helium reservoir from Party City to blow them all up. Attach long ribbons so they droop down into the room. Fill some with nouns so they are all over the floor, too. Try to get/rent a disco orb or strobe light. Clear a devout space for dancing. Play some VH1 video on the tv in the framework just for ocular effect.

Other than that, plenty of snack food, loud music, and a dance floor.
