I'd like to upgrade a few things within my house. (my house is only 7yrs old). I'm starting rotten with harwood floors-is this a honourable investment? Then going onto the carpet upstairs...How much should I invest surrounded by this? I'd like to move contained by 2yrs.

Frankly this economy newly scares me to demise.I would say hold these suggestions in heart but freshly hang out a while.At that time collaborate to your agent about doing floor or offering say-so a $5k rebate for them to floors of there choice.

The valid hardwood is more expensive but much better in the long run because they can be stripped and refinished. But at hand are some great laminate floors for alot less money. Check beside Lowes or Home Depot and they can show you the best options for your $. Them travel on the internet because place like Builddirect and limberliquidators have the same floors for alot smaller amount.
