Redecorating bathroom... what colors do you suggest? right now our bathroom has wallpaper... dreadful wallpaper... we are going to...
right now our bathroom has wallpaper... dreadful wallpaper... we are going to paint and we want color but it is hard because the counters toilet etc are beige. (there are 2 rooms one next to just sink and counter and the other with tub and toilet) so would this work: one beside beige and light blue stripe and the other beside light blue walls... what do you think??
That sounds okay, but you could use any color you close to, beige and off white are neutrals and step with everything. Soft warm and tranquil colors, but stay away from Green it give your skin a harsh and unforgiving look
i am not sure what colors you are into but i think that a light blue or soft marine foam green works best in bathrooms. The blue is like the the deep and it is calming. Plus people other say its nice. Look at the bathroom at this link. The walls are cool!

Answers: I feel your idea and color choices are terrific. They all work together and however distinguish one area from the other. It would look nice to put a beautiful street light blue glass bowl on the vanity counter near rolled up tan face cloths and oil lamp blue face cloths in it or a mix of suntan and light blue guest soaps.
It sounds like it will be deeply tasteful!! : )
